Our customer service team will not be responding to queries while they enjoy a well-earned break. Boxing Day Sale orders and customer service responses will begin dispatching from January 5 on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Holiday postage information

We work with various logistics suppliers to ensure we can secure the best value for our customers. Most of our suppliers do not provide a "Christmas delivery" cut-off date and operate under their standard timeframes. We recommend you add a couple of days to each estimate as we sometimes see delays over the peak Christmas period. You can view our list of delivery times here.
